Any challenge or unfamiliar path is difficult. The most difficult part to flying is staying up there. Often times you donโt realize that you have dropped altitude until you have ๐. So to go long distances birds resort to The Soar!

What we eat and drink has a vibration, high and low. You are welcome to investigate a more diverse menu but here are a few to review should you decide to include this in your fast.
SACRED EATING - Highest Vibration Foods Green leafy vegetables, Fermented foods, Sea vegetables, Raw honey, maple syrup, Raw oils, Brown rice, buckwheat, amaranth, Lightly cooked vegetables, Raw nuts and seeds (soaked is best), Raw dairy, Free range eggs, Wild fish, Super foods (goji berries, spirulina, etc.), Water, Tea (green and white)
- Lowest Vibration Foods Any processed food, White flour, Processed sugar, Canned foods, Soda, coffee, alcohol, Pasturized dairy, Factory farmed meat, Artificial sweeteners, Deep fried foods m, Microwaved foods, Margarines and lards, GMO foods, Foods grown with pesticides
Although you may not be able to change everything, every little change helps. As you become more clear from negative people, things and habits you become stronger in your spiritual gifts. You are not so heavy or easy to drag down. You begin THE SOAR!
